Sugar Cookies

After a busy day at work, I came home to finish yesterday's "first day of snow" cookies with the kids. Mixed up a batch of frosting and went to work. It was a bit rushed because I had to run off to a GET FIT! Lake Chelan cooking class, and I had a challenge getting the frosting the right consistency, so a bit too sugary, but still finished with plates and plates of red mittens, snowflakes, trees and snowmen - with the occasional frog and turtle thrown in for fun. Excited to share with friends!
